Volleyball Tryouts + Summer Workout Info:

Remaining summer workouts are July 21 and 22 (8:30-10:30am) in the aux gym.

Gainesville HS Volleyball will have a pre-tryout check-in on July 30th from 2-3 pm at Gainesville High School. (Checking physicals, concussion training, and academic eligibility with AD / Athletic Trainer) Door 25

• You will be given a tryout number to wear to the tryouts.
• Please make every effort to attend this. If you cannot make it, that is ok, we will just have to check you in the first day of tryouts, so you will need to arrive early on August 4th. (7:30 am for rising 9th graders and 9:45am for rising 10-12)

Tryouts are August 4th, August 6th, and August 7th. There will be NO tryouts on August 5th! Please email Coach Heidtke to be added to our volleyball canvas page for all information. (Heidtkaa@pwcs.edu) 

* ‎Each day, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in, get shoes on, and help set up nets. On the last day of tryouts, we will talk to each girl individually. We will start at the time mentioned below, so their exit time may vary a little. So, parents, please be waiting outside door 30 in your car for your child at the time mentioned below (2:15 for rising 9th grade, 4:30 for rising 10-12th grade)

The first day of 2025 Gainesville High School tryouts will be at Patriot High School (Our gym floor will not be done by then.)

August 4th AT PATRIOT HS:

•   8:00AM-9:45AM Rising 9th Graders: Enter through door 20 at Patriot High School
• 10:00AM-12:00PM Rising 10-12th graders: Enter through door 20 at Patriot High School

August 5th: NO TRYOUTS!

August 6th AT GAINESVILLE HS:

• 8:00AM-9:45AM Rising 9th graders: Drop off for tryout at door 25 at Gainesville High School.
• 10:00AM-12:00PM Rising 10-12th graders: Drop off for tryout at door 25 at Gainesville High School

August 7^th AT GAINESVILLE HS:

• 1:00PM-2:45PM Rising 9th graders: Drop off for tryouts at door 25 at Gainesville High School. Parents please be waiting for your child by 2:15 outside Door 30 next to the outdoor ampitheater.
• 3:00PM-5:00PM Rising 10th -12th graders: Drop off for tryouts at door 25 at Gainesville High School. Parents please be waiting for your child by 4:30 outside Door 30 next to the outdoor ampitheater.
